Darren Halpin
Darren Halpin is the Managing Director of PPNQ Developments Pty Ltd. With a passion for innovation and entrepreneurialism, one of Darren’s core strengths is being able to identify opportunities and transform those opportunities into successful ventures - this is how The Palms Collection Development was born! Darren is also the Managing Director of Halpin Partners. He has over 25 years of experience in public practice, business transformation and entrepreneurial ventures, but most importantly he is a proud local family man and a father to 4 young children.
Evan Yelavich
Evan Yelavich is one half of the duo of directors behind The Palms Collection Development. Evan is the Director of Planning Plus, a firm that specialises in town planning, project management and development. In his spare time, Evan enjoys drag racing, which led him to oversee the Springmount Raceway project, and is now the Managing Director of the raceway.
